• ¿What is Colivok?

  COLIVOK is an innovative experience that helps you break the routine and interact with new people (professionals just like you), while you telework and have fun discovering a new city. All of this combined with disruptive learning that will help you develop new skills.

• What plans are offered?

  COLIVOK has designed 6 plans, with stays between 1 and 8 months, identifying each one with a color and a clear objective: Advance, Transform, Engage, Drive, Innovate and Lead.

  1. PURPLE-CO: 1 month. How to efficiently manage your own and your team members' day-to-day remote work, and develop and manage a network of contacts to boost your professional development and the company's activity.
  2. RED-CO: 1 month. Entrepreneurship for people interested in creating their own online business or acquiring new skills to lead projects within their companies.
  3. BLACK-CO: 1 month. Advanced models for attracting customers and improving the value proposition for current ones, using artificial intelligence.
  4. GREEN-CO: 1 month. Acquire knowledge and skills in: leadership, new business models, agile methodologies and sustainability.
  5. ORANGE-CO: 5 months. Become an expert in e-business and e-commerce.
  6. BLUE-CO: 8 months. Earn an MBA by learning from the best with practical case studies.
• What do the plans include?

  All plans include Accommodation with cleaning and Wifi, community, "meetups", "business game" and a training program designed for each plan.

• Can I have access to a plan without traveling to the destination?

  The plans are designed so that you can discover a different city, meet interesting people and participate in a community of travelers, who enjoy joint activities or "meetups" and work as a team to solve business cases.

• Can I do the plan with friends?

  Yes, of course! The COLIVOK experience aims for participants to enjoy to the fullest and live a unique experience at the destination, alone or with friends, sharing experiences with participants from other cities or countries. Just keep in mind that we offer accommodation per person/room to ensure that each participant has the physical space and the necessary elements to carry out their daily work and participate in the training program in a comfortable way.

• Can I select the destination regardless of the plan I select?

  For the 5 and 8 month plans, you will have to choose among the available destinations. For plans of up to one month of stay, you will have the option to choose the destination of your choice among those in which the plans are available.

• What happens if there is no availability at the destination of my choice?

  To avoid this, in the booking form you must select two destinations (in order of preference), as well as an alternative date, and this way we will ensure that you can complete the program in one of the places you have selected.

• What are the start dates of the plans?

  The plans always start on a Saturday and end on a Saturday. When you are completing the booking form you will be able to see the available dates and select the one you prefer.

• Which plan is best for me?

  The plans differ mainly in terms of duration, from 1 to 8 months, and the type of training program selected. The training programs are oriented to people who are looking to adapt to the new challenges of the current and future market, without the necessary effort affecting the day-to-day in the field of teleworking. When you look at the information of each program, there is sure to be more than one plan that fits your profile or interests.

• Can I sign up for more than one plan?

  Yes, you can sign up for all the plans that suit your interests.

• Can I extend my stay once I've completed my plan?

  To extend your stay, it is necessary to book another plan, but since places are limited and there is a lot of demand, we ask that you email us at community@colivok.com at least 15 days in advance. We will confirm your available options within 24 hours.

• What happens if in the middle of the stay I have to cancel my plan?

  If you notify us more than 15 days before the beginning of the following month, we will refund 50% of the total amount of the monthly payment.

• If I have a problem at my destination, who do I contact?

  You can contact community@colivok.com or through the community's mobile app, and we will help you with any issues that are directly related to your plan..

• How can I book?

  It's very simple. Click on the "Sign up now" button (at the top righthand side of the website), fill out the form and in less than 48 hours you will receive confirmation of your reservation with a payment link. Voila! Now you just have to pack your bags and move to the destination to enjoy your Colivok experience.

Accommodation

• What type of accommodation is included in the plans?

  We have a wide selection of accommodations, from hotels to one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartments or studios, where you will feel right at home.

• Is the accommodation individual or shared?

  You have two options. You can opt for an individual stay in an apartment for one person or in a hotel, as well as book a shared accommodation in an apartment with two single rooms, i.e. one person per room.

• Can I select my accommodation?

  The type of accommodation is assigned according to the duration of the plan, and according to the option chosen: individual or shared. Due to the high demand of our programs, our Operations team is in charge of managing and selecting the best accommodation for each participant.

• Where will I be able to telework during my stay?

  For programs lasting up to one month, you will have at your disposal a workspace (in the hotel room or in the apartment/studio) with a desk, chair and wifi, where you will be able to combine teleworking and training.

  For the 5 and 8 month plans, you will also have access to a Co-working space that you will be able to use during your stay, subject to a number of hours per week. You will receive more information in the Welcome Pack that we will send you before the start date of the plan.

Training programs

• How are the training programs delivered?

  The training will consist of practical topics with which you will be able to develop your skills or acquire new ones, as well as work with success stories and case studies from international companies.

  Each program consists of several modules that are developed week by week. Each module covers a daily topic for 20 minutes with videos, podcasts or webinars, and supporting material. In these videos, leading managers and successful entrepreneurs from various countries will detail their business strategies, as well as the logic behind the decision making process that led them to achieve success, or in some cases failure, throughout their careers.

  You have 6 training programs at your disposal, one linked to each plan:

• What is the evaluation process like?

  Throughout the duration of the course, you will present a business case that you will work on, applying the concepts learned in each of the modules. To successfully execute the case, you will need to participate with other people at the destination.

• Are these courses accredited?

  No. These are innovative programs that are designed to allow you to develop new knowledge and skills quickly, based on successful case studies and without interrupting your teleworking rhythm while enjoying a new city.

• Do I receive a certificate/degree at the end of the course?

  Yes, it is essential that you complete the course and present the business case in order to receive a certificate of completion.

Community

• What does it consist of?

  We want this not only to be a stay in a destination where you can telework and train, the goal is that you enjoy this new experience connecting with interesting people from other cities or countries.

  In order to promote networking among our participants, we create "meet-ups" that foster a "collaborative culture" to solve the different challenges proposed during each of the courses. In addition, we will periodically communicate some leisure activities, through our network, which participants will be able to enjoy at the destination.

  From the very first day you arrive at your destination you will be connected with the other participants, so that you can make the most of this experience in a new city.

  We want you to have fun, participate in activities and discover the destination, and to network while you train and telework.

Pricing, payment and cancellation

• How much do the plans cost?

  The amount of the monthly payment is the same for all plans. Therefore, the total amount will depend on the number of months that your plan lasts.

• What is included?

  The plans include accommodation, with: wifi, work desk, chair, weekly cleaning, weekly changing of towels and sheets; as well as executive/MBA training, community and meetups. The 5 and 8 month plans also include access to on-site co-working facilities.

• How do I pay for the program?

  To confirm your reservation, payment must be made at least 30 days before the start date. If the reservation is made more than one month in advance, a deposit of €200 must be paid in advance in order to confirm the reservation, and the remaining balance 30 days before the start date.

• Can I request an invoice?

  Of course. Email us at info@colivok.com with your fiscal data and we will send you the invoice.

• What is the cancellation policy?

  100% refund if you cancel up to 30 days before the start date of the plan. If the cancellation is 15 days in advance, only 50% of the price of each plan will be refunded.
